The stories that we tell ourselves come from this place, and for so long many of us carry them, retell them, embed them, without question.

I was an intern in Emergency Medicine during 9/11, watching from the front row how we can dehumanize and ‘other’. I also witnessed what it looks like when communities come together; when we recognize that we are all community. That kindness is free and courage comes from within.

Yet my path took years. Travel. Silence. Meditation. Countless books and deep dives. The journey continues. Yet it does so now with purpose and intention.

I am here to walk alongside you.

To hold space gently. Without judgment or agenda.

To honor the stories and challenge the ones that no longer serve.
